Polly's Place, began life in the heart of
downtown Jersey City, New Jersey, but has since moved to beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado! We are continuing our efforts
of finding homes for abused, abandoned and feral animals. We get them back on the road to good health with veterinary care
and good old TLC, while at the same time working with the animal emotionally.
Our ultimate goal is, of course, to then place the animal with loving
and suitable new homes or families, meanwhile utilizing foster care while the animal awaits a permanent home.
Sadly, many animals that come to Polly's Place are
not suitable for adoption. The younger, cuter, healthier, friendlier ones tend to go first. Many others have emotional and
physical scars from their lives prior to Polly's Place. For them, Polly's Place is and always
will be a refuge where they can receive TLC and live happily ever after.
